In terms of lightweight, Cancer Intelligence integrates the reducer, motor and bearing into an integrated design, and the product achieves the optimal size, maximum torque and lightest weight.
In terms of weight, the weights of the R48, R55, R83, R83-Pro, R120 and R120-Pro series are only 0.32kg, 0.43kg, 1.08kg, 1.25kg, 2.4kg and 3kg respectively; in terms of peak torque, the R48, R55, R83 and R120 series can reach 11Nm, 21Nm; 22Nm, 45Nm; 49Nm, 98Nm; 180Nm, 360Nm respectively in different configurations; while the R83-Pro series can reach 49/152Nm, 98/305Nm, and the R120-Pro series can reach 180/528Nm, 360/1055Nm.
It can also be seen from the detailed parameter table that these six series of joint modules have industry-leading peak torque and output speed, which can greatly improve the overall stability and balance ability of humanoid robots.
Unlike the previous variety, some technical routes of humanoid robots are currently converging, especially in the hardware field. In addition to a variety of humanoid robot-specific joint module products, Cancer Intelligence has also designed a universal humanoid robot upper limb hardware component-HR-UP, which has everything from head to waist, which can help companies quickly build humanoid robots.
Looking closely, HR-UP measures 772.5 * 583 * 107.5mm, weighs 25kg, has a total of 20 degrees of freedom (3 degrees of freedom for the head; 7 degrees of freedom for a single arm; 3 degrees of freedom for the waist), an arm length of 528mm, a single arm end load of 8kg, and a multi-turn absolute encoder can also make the product more durable.
